1. Returns & Refund Guarantee

Scope of Guarantee

All products purchased from eu.agmmobile.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. The products bought through the website will be protected if the items that the buyer received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:

1. The item you claim is not as described, but we can provide proof that the item is true.

2. Items are as described, but the buyer no longer want them. (Please contact AGM service first, and the buyer need to afford the extra money).

3. AGM have reasonablereasons to believe that it is artificially vandalism.

Returns & Refund

If the products are not as described or have non-human made quality problem in 7days after the buyer receiving the parcel, the buyer can submit return requests, AGM will resend you a new one or refund you full money after checking.

Returns Shipping Fee 

  1. Items are as described, butthe buyer no longer want them, the buyer should afford the shipping fee by yourself.
  2. Items are not as describedor have non-human made quality problem in 7days after you receiving the parcel, AGM afford the shipping fee.

 

2.Warranty Policy

AGM products purchased on http://www.agmmobile.com come with a limited warranty of two (2) years starting from the date of delivery. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, software, consumable items, or accessories, even if packaged or sold together with the Product. This warranty is only redeemable within the original country or region of purchase.

The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, please present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), model and serial number of the Product, and photo evidence of the Product’s defects to AGM AFTERSALES or contact service@agmmobile.com for a support.

AGM or AGM service partners may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new AGM product.

The limited warranty does not cover:

-Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid incorrectly, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage.

-Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.

-Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.

-Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not approved by AGM.

-Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not approved by AGM.

-Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

-Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the Product.

-Products not purchased from http://www.agmmobile.com (We recommend you to contact the seller for support).

-Repair conducted by un-official repair centers.
